Default Re-doing undercoating?

I'd like to redo the undercoating in the wheel wells, to help prevent rust. I was just curious what everyone has used? I tried spray undercoating before but the stuff peeled right off. I wasn't sure if something brushed on would be better or not. Please let me know some good products.
I searched undercoating, but everything was powder coating topics.

Thanks.

I use some undercoating that you can get at about any parts. I think its made by dupli color but I'm not sure. It comes in a blue can, qt or gallon. It is made to either brush on or a kit for perfect texture and includes a roller..

3M rubberized under coating.

Its in a rattle can, i used it and worked great. Looks almost OEM.

You have to prep before you spray, which is probably why the old stuff peeled off. Its a very long process to prep the underside of the vehicle.

I used the 3M of Duplicolor stuff every few months. It's meant to be a sacrificial layer, so if you don't want to do any upkeep, prep the f'uck out of it and have it Linex'd for ~$500.

Cool, thats what I ended up buying today. This is mostly for the wheel wells. What do you recommend for prep besides the obvious washing?

Thanks!
