Quarter panel... tiny bit of damage
yhe car was mint before it was hit. what a shame. i had a 3rd gen accorl se-i similar to your prelude. VERY reliable cars more than todays imho. good buy
Not exactly mint, but not bad. The interior still looks great and I've replaced most of the small broken pieces. The exterior needed some paint work before this anyway. It did appear to be actually faded, not just oxidized, plus there's some decent clearcoat separation in some spots.
I'll take care of her though. I always do. She'll get anything broken repaired or replaced, the body work will get sorted out and then she'll get painted.

As for the prelude, just to fix that part right there studs, pull, filler, smooth and prime would be about 250-325 take 2-3 days. For the guy that said pull, i dont think this would need to be pulled it was hit in the back but not that hard, the QP buckles right above wheel wells when its that bad and ive seen **** line up after that happened without being pulled. and dont cut it out, work with the metal you have, no rust thats awesome. I would price this job out at about 1150-1300 to fix that any other minor dents on the car and spray w/o window removal, usually removal on a coupe of all windows is around 4-500 to remove and install after work is done. A good tape job youll be aight. usually my ballpark in honda is 1200-1800 with minimal body work.
As for this white EF I would replace that quarter, if you cant find out id work that, but it woudl cost you like 4-650 just for me to fix that quarter, and it would be a whoel lot a filler.

It has too hard of a bent in it for PDR. And please don't even think about replacing a quarter panel for that. A lot harder then it sounds if you don't know what your doing. Use a Hammer and Dolly to smooth it out as best as you can then, bondo it
Yeah, there's definitely some crazy advice in here so far, haha. Like many have said, this looks like it just needs to be pushed back in place with basic body tools and finished with minor filler.
