Default Pulled dent problem. Help

so a branch fell down and hit my EM1 in the rear right quater panel and dented it, right above the seem.... it was a pretty nice sized dent probably about the circumference of 2-3 inches..... so i had this dent puller thing that i never used (with the glue / suction cup things that you twist out) and it pulled the dent out after a few tries.... but i realized that now it bumps outward instead of denting inward. and it still looks shitty..... any recomendations on how to fix it???? idk if i should try tapping it back in lightly, or if i should leave it alone and see how much a body shop repair would cost...any ideas? i dont have any pics right now but my explanation is pretty self explanitory

Those dent puller things are a scam, then never work. If you can't get to the back side to hammer it out, then you need to weld on metal studs and use the slide hammer to back em out. At this point, I would leave it and take it to the shop. (assuming that you don't want to do it yourself. Although you could.) If you tap it back in, that'll make it worse.
