I've had a look under my 2002 Accord and I have some surface rust under there. I need to replace my brake and fuel lines anyway so if I have the temperature (now that fall is here it's iffy) I want to kill two birds with one stone.

I plan to use POR 15 on the underbody following these steps: wire wheel, degreaser, phosphoric acid, two coats POR 15 gloss black. I know POR 15 doesn't like UV but it shouldn't see any down there.

So, what do you guys think about these plans?
