^ It does look good. IDK one of my homeboys got popped for his hood and his cams were exposed. The cop wrote it down as "modified cams," when they were clearly stock. -_- Maybe its just Cali cops..

the only reason to do it is to adjustthe cam gears while tuning i have only had to do it once, and it only took a couple mins to take the cover off so i don't cut mine.

Ok so Im planning to do the same thing to my Valve Cover but I have 1 question, if your going to prime it first do you need to use high temp. primer?

just did my b20 valve cover black and the top two runners silver. the car is silver. I need to take pics and install still Did the heatshield black as well while i was there.
