what would be the right steps for a cheap ($50) paint job?
better to spray or roll on?

im asking because im a high school student, and pull in about $450 a month working at DQ haha.

ok scratch that idea, just saw the refinishing thread and changed my mind..

i want to just buy a cheap gun and some cheap auto paint and spray it..
what would i need to buy and do to make this look good.

my friend has a huge shop with a 80 gal air compressor so that shouldn't be a problem

why dont you just take your doors off and tape everything off and paint your door jams as well? it'll look alot nicer and paint will match evenly
