having a hard time

i am haveing a hard time poping this dint out i dono what the deal is but it will not pop out around the fener well any advise and i wana just fill it with bondo but what other choices do i have???

I wouldn't even bother fixing that. I'd replace the quarter panel.

That panel is FVCKED son!

Yeah, there is no "popping" that dent out. You will never get that to look right without extensive body filler.

Judging by the looks of your big rust hole, why not just replace the quarter?
