Default Flexcore?

Not sure if thats how you spell it but is this type of welding/welder bad to use with body work?

Ive heard mixed opinions on this so i was hopoing to get a more educated one from someone.

fluxcore. it's a wire that supplies it's own shielding gas (no tank needed). you can use it, but your welds will not look as clean. there will be lots of splatter and lots of smoke.

fluxcore will work, but is far from ideal.

i heard something about it causing the metal to rust or something after its all done?

Does that not sound right?

it will rust either way if you leave it as bear metal

alright. Thanks. So as long as i treat it just like a normal weld and primer it soon after teh work is done it will be fine?
