Ive used bondo with success....only problem was I hit a mail box and the bondo cracked. Id be interested in trying another form of body filler though.....what is USC or Metal glaze??

There is USC Icing and Evercoat Metal Glaze. Take your pick, they're essentially the same.
I did ALL my sanding by hand, except for the core support otherwise I used a DA, EVERY contour is and done, I feel when working with complex shapes, you can get a better feel with hand.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Most people are using it on their engine bays to fill small spots (such as spot weld dimples) and seams. I haven't heard any compaints yet. My Paint/Body issue of Hot Rod Magaizine also recommends it. Peeps say it's easier to work with and easier to sand.

time is money, and fixin it might take a lot of time if you dont know what ur doin. I would just get a used fender u never know you might even get one the same color as ur car.
metal glaze can fill some pretty deep scratches or some minor minor door dings from cars! but tap out the dent some with a hammer first before using metal glaze! the less filler the better!
First it needs to be pulled out. Then weld the hole shut, if you dont weld it shut the filler will absorb moisture and crack. MUCH MUCH easier buy a new fender for like 20bucks
