Default Fist time Wheel Painter

So this is my first time painting wheels. I got them from my cousin they are supposedly Integra type r (DC5) knockoffs. When i got them they were black and in shittty condition so i was going to do them black again but then i said ill go a lil more flashy?. i pretty much learned as i was doing them so the one that is done isn't that great. i expect the others to come out much better. right now i have 1 in each stage so i took a pick of each one as they stand now.

This one is still untouched

This one has paint stripped off (still some blk needs more sanding)

This one has one very light coat

This one is pretty much done, but i might do it over depending on how much better the other 3 come out with the knowledge i have now

I used duplicolor paint stripper on the finished one. it sucked took forever didn't get all the paint off. so i then purchased Aircraft Remover and that stuff is THE BEST, paint jumped off with that stuff.

No primer. i heard some ppl say its pointless on wheels if u got it down to bare metal, some say it can only help, sooooooooooo yea i said eff it let it rock with no primer.

And i used rustoleum painters touch high gloss crystal clear for clear coat

probably should of used primer, as your down at the bare metal depending what paint you use it might not adhere to the metal and might start flaking....but they look very nice anyway, i really like the color....
