wat kinda part do it i need if
i cannot open the door from inside because its locked but can open it from outside with the key its an automatic door not manual

car is a 1993 del sol

It's funny you mention having that issue, as lately I have seen a BUNCH of Del Sols with bum door handles, and have been dying to find someone who might know what causes them to do that. I wondered if you found out what had happened to yours and if you would mind sharing? BTW I hope you had an easy time getting it fixed! Thanks a bunch!

$20 says the plastic retainer that holds the metal rod from the hadle to the latch mech has broken and the rod is no longer attached to the handle and/or latch. See it a lot on older GMs
