Does anyone know how to remove this?
This is a black integra hood. It looks like it has some oxidation. Anyone know the process to revive the hood?

Almost every model of black Hondas made in the early 90s seems to have this cancer on the roof & hood. It's a mystery to me, defective paint process maybe?>
