What do you guys think would be an average price for this dent?


Got many different price ranges from 250-1000

 

Might want to try to post a few better photos.

 

i'll charge you 900 to fix it. 1800 to paint it. theres the cost.

wellon my car i have the same size one and a few more around the car they r charging me 396.00 and that includes paint and 3 year warnty hear in the olrando fl

 

i would just pick up dentless door from the junkyard and have it paint matched. less hassle and less money. i know spots around me that i can get parts cheap from the junkyard, i don't know of you'll be able to find one.

 

Depends on if the paint flakes when they pop it and straighten it.

Probably in the ballpark of 800$'s total, dent popped, painted.

 

my guess, a body shop would put a new door skin on rather then fixing that. idk about cost tho.

 

i cant tell if its a door, or a quarter.

 

That's what I was thinking. The molding at the bottom of the window makes me think quarter panel...

Depending on how they fix it.... it's hard to say. If they are just popping the dent out, not as much work is involved. If they are replacing with a new panel... you have to buy a panel, welding, more body work, etc...

 

since its a quarter panel, and the dent is on a body line.. imma have to charge you 1200 for the bodywork instead of 900

lol that isn't going to just pop out. It is going to have to be repainted no matter what.

 

new quarter, moulding will never really sit righton the hard line. you can mud it, ive mudded em before, but first suggestion is def new quarter

thats hiding a much bigger problem behind the paint. if its the same qtr panel as the dent then you lucked out and it will get taken care of when the qtr is replaced. id say 1200-1500 easy to fix the qtr and have it painted.
