Buffing Overspray?
I recently got my bumper painted i guess they didnt tape the whole car. i dont know how to describe it but when i move my hand over the paint it feels like theres little spikes of paint all over the car. you can't see it, how would i take it off?
I would blue clay the entire car. Let it dry and run your hand on it again. If you still feel/see it on there go ahead and step it up to a red clay. Once done with that go ahead and buff/polish/wax the car.
The reason im telling you to clay bar it first is that often times you can burn the overspray into the paint and be **** out of luck.
Let me know if you have any questions.
