Default Buffing Overspray?

I recently got my bumper painted i guess they didnt tape the whole car. i dont know how to describe it but when i move my hand over the paint it feels like theres little spikes of paint all over the car. you can't see it, how would i take it off?

some shop few blocks down from where i live. forgot what it was called. repainted my rear bumper front lip and right fender for $450

Try to use a clay bar and some lightly soapy water. That should remove it. If not, then buffing it off shouldn't be a problem.

I would blue clay the entire car. Let it dry and run your hand on it again. If you still feel/see it on there go ahead and step it up to a red clay. Once done with that go ahead and buff/polish/wax the car.

The reason im telling you to clay bar it first is that often times you can burn the overspray into the paint and be **** out of luck.
