Body Work Help Needed Please
Hello, I just decided I want to do some minor body work on my integra but am not really experienced at all. Anyway, I got some short strand fiberglass bondo called Bondo-Glass to fill in the holes where my emblems were and where the previous owner had a ricer wing. My question is, do I need to add hardener to that bondo? also, I planned on sanding with a 100 grit block, adding bondo, sanding with 400 grit wet then 600 grit. Is this right? Any other tips would be much appreciated.

bondo to fill holes = NO! Believe me when I say...IT WILL CRACK, IT WILL FALL THROUGH, IT WILL CRACK, IT WILL FALL THROUGH...IT MAY CRACK AND FALL THROUGH
Weld the holes! And if you dont have access to or dont know how to weld find someone that does and can...if there is no way you can get them welded then your best bet would be to use fiberglass...it will still crack, but will have a harder time falling through lol.
As for your sandpaper choice....with 100 grit your going to be sanding forever...usually you can go 40 grit to shape, 80 grit for final sanding and 120 for feathering for primer NEVER, NEVER, NEVER wet sand bondo, its pretty much a sponge and will cause problems for you later either in corrosion or swelling, or just falling off. Only time you should be wet sanding is in primer and top coats

Haha wow.. I obviously have a lot to learn. So bondo wouldn't work with the holes even though they are around a quarter inch wide or less?
it will work yes...but for how long is the question, and usually its not for very long. Usually in a positioning hole for the emblems using bondo will work, but after its painted you will see the outline of where the holes use to be, and over time it will stress and eventually fall through or just crack.
