decided to do another back end of this year.
to many hours sunk into it (lots of leading, welding and stripping to even get it to this stage)







flint black glass roof SiR restore (proper full shell bare metal rebuild) prob sunk 800 hours into this so far. should be done end of march 13

car stipped right back to bare metal incl the underside
on the chassis and engine bay i have the following
epoxymastic 121 (its a super thick durable epoxy chassis paint)
over that i have 2 coats of stonechip shield (its overpaintiable and has a rubbery finish but smooth)
over that is 2 coats of high build 2k primer.
2 coats of flint black pearl basecoat
and 2 cats of 2k clear (urathane you guys call it)
shell was done pretty much the same way (used custom epoxy which is a normal epoxy primer ) over that 3-4 coats of 2k high build. same with the inside. yet to flat off the outside but start that this week
