Default Adhesion/bleeding

Am I going to have any adhesion/bleeding problems in spots like the following?

Who knows LOL. Prep it right and you won't have adhesion problems. Paint properly and you won't have blending problems.

you wont have adhesion problems because of the scratches (mechanical adhesion) you DO have to prime a repair like this, if you try to seal and paint it it will die back for sure.

You're going to need to use a filler primer, and block it down. After that you will need to use a sealer primer. Just make sure to gain coverage with your base coat.

Prime it with filler primer, block it down, and then your ready for sealer and base. If you do that you shoudnt have any problems. Good luck.
