Default 97 civic......99 conversion question

does the 99-2000 front of a civic bolt directly up to a 97 or is there anything i need to alter?? thanks yall

There's a complete writeup on this somewhere in here. It's what led me to join. Do some searching in the 92-98 Civic forum you should find it.

It is a complete bolt-on except for the bumper. I believe you have to modify a couple tabs to get it perfect. Everything else is plug and play from what I remember.

i will, its just this info is a lil broken puzzle, tho i do love the help, some say just cut a lil on the bumper and it bolts right up others say i needs ALOT of cuting and welding what did you do ?

fenders, bumper, hood, lip, lights, grill and radiator support and that was it.

ok, well im working on getting the front end, also my buddy may hook me up with a mint pair of si rims for my old beater rx7, thank god im outa that and hes also looking for a 99-00 front end for me thanks for your help ill post picks later so far things are good with my hatch
