Re: porsche thread (SIRIUS)
I heart 993 twin turbos (air cooled porsches sound insane)
I heart Carrera GT's(no car sounds like it from the factory, and many cars with aftermarket exhaust dont sound as amazing as this car)
I super duper heart 997 GT3 RS (The orange does it for me. screw the turbo model)

PI is like Mexico.
You have the upper class that is super rich and the lower class that is not.
how reliable are those cars? like the white one above?

The 993 GT2 is also the last water cooled porsche ever to be made. I thin it's still in the top 20 for fastest production cars around the ring.
that car is bad ***.

Re: (A's 94 GSR)
I've actually been looking to get into Porsche's so I'm going to be purchasing the entry level Porsche.
I make custom turbo manifolds, intake manifolds, setups, etc., so I will be starting with a 944 Turbo from the late 80's. Can't have an entire Porsche thread, and not give love to the most affordable example out there. Why build a 240 when you can have a turbo'd Porsche for the same loot...plus you end up with Porsche handling, 50/50 weight distribution, and Porsche respect? I tell you one thing....I'm in! As soon as I find a good example for the right price...it's mine.
Also, don't forget the Porsche 928's...especially the 928 S4's. Their styling created a pretty much love or hate it feel, but it came with a 4 cam V8 that made over 300hp depending on what year you get.
The 928 was the fastest full production car in one of the mid 80's years, and that 944 turbo car was as well. The 928 was almost considered a "supercar" in it's era...and you can get a clean one for 8k-10k now. Hell, the 944turbo's are going for 5g's.
