ok here is the deal i have been looking for a d16z6 engine,trans,ecu,axles,wire harness,everything in so cal. and thought of posting my car that i want to put it in. maby it will help me find the right engine then i will start a build thread if anyone cares.

yes they do make a sub frame for a kswap but i want to be able to turn. but little turbo and d16z6 200-250 whp in a 1300 lb car is cool with me well thats the goal anyway.

even the b16 is about 100 lbs more and will upset the handling in my mind. and the space you have to work with is very small. i would say a modded engine has about 50 whp so even a nice built n/a d16 would be a blast. remember car is only 1300lbs

Very nice mini! D series are the perfect candidate for these cars. Plenty of power and doesn't ruin the mini's best attributes.

I have a 1960 that Im planning on a d16a6 swap. Are you on vtecminis.com. or 16vminis.co.uk?
