ha thats funny this is scubba steves car friend of my girlfriends....its pretty tuff .. oh the green mk2 with the front mount raced me in dundalk one night .. its pretty fast

do VW guys just not understand how wheel offset works?

I mean this one looks like he put his wheels on backwards or something.

I like most of them, but the wheels look dumb IMHO.

negative most dub owners hate us..they act as if they are the god's gift to the tuner world..

but i'm a big fan of veedubs..

yessir, but ive gotten all my vw friends to respect my car at least haha
they respect any, correction, some, cleanly built hondas.

but either way i still have a thing for dubs

that's true...till they get shlacked by a honda most of the times.


but Im still a sucker for a vdub...especially with a vr6 under the hood.

Volkswagens are nice cars, but some of the owners are beatnik nerds who hate on our Honders. I think its really because they are jealous. All of my VW friends grew up around honda's, or have one of each so they are unbiased.

 

not mention how many "debates" I've got into with vdub owners about them saying how honda's are so cheap. Yet I find it funny they say this when those exact same "cheap" cars they speak of out last and are more reliable then the volkswagens they defend.

 

I dunno about that last comment. my 2 best buddies drive dubs and they're some of the nicest ppl.. one of them is actually switchin to an EG.
