The turbo/mani/downpipe/dumptube would bolt up, and the FMIC, injectors etc. would work, the only thing that would be different is the charge piping. You would have to fab up some new piping. Other than that it would work.

The ECU isn't included but the tuned EPROM chips are. If you are converted to OBD1 and running a p28 ecu then it will work perfectly. Otherwise you will have to use a different tuning solution for OBD2 or whatever ECU you are running.
The oil lines will work fine, the thread pitch is the same.
Basically everything will work except for the charge piping. Even that might work but will probably have to be modified a bit.

Yup, it's from a Neon. It was hard to find the 1/2 sized neon radiator, but it literally drops right in, no modifications required, and it sits low enough to clear the hood.
