Towing car? Help
So I may be towing a car soon and would like to know how you guys usually do it? Cheapest way possible.
Also, If any of you guys can tow a car safely, would you be willing to do it for a small fee? Gas+ time, not looking for a towing service, but someone that wants to help a brother out and make a trip.

From where to where? If you cover my gas and a meal if its hella far I dont mind doing it. I love to drive to drive my truck, especially with a trailer attached.
Otherwise have you tried uship.com if its like states away? Like you put up an ad of what you need transported from where to where and companies give you bids, you can like accept, deny, or counter offer.

Re: Towing car? Help
I can watch that video a million times. It never gets old.
But really, how did they think it was going to go? Metal ramps on top of plastic driveway ramps with jackstands on wood to support the centers? I think the car wouldve probably gotten high centered before they got it in the truck even.
Sorry, can't help with the tow, because I'm in MT, but I had to comment. GL in your search. My suggestion would be a cheap $20/day uhaul truck towing one of those dollies if you're in a bind. If you're not old enough to rent one, have your parents. As long as you're 18 you can still drive it.
Or, find a friend with AAA. Have him go to the car with you and if he doesn't mind using one of his tows call a tow truck and go thru his AAA. There's always options to keep it on the cheap.
