I'm sorry but most people in the honda game sit on here and cry about your cars being taken and theifs blah blah blah but its our "comrades" and honda "lovers". Its a little bs to get a phone call from the boyfriends dad at 830 at night saying his bone stock automatic civic hatch has been stolen from a casino... what in the world are we going to do with a stock car??? And to think we all have a common intrest... I think that statement seems to be pushing it a little far. Maybe its time to get out of the honda game and sell my 88 rex

Re: stolen EF
lock your **** up? im going to guess that it has no security at all, and that makes it a perfect joyride car.
i have daily driven hondas for over 10years, even a ITR for ~35k miles. never had one stolen.

Re: stolen EF
actually im not a honda wanna be thanks though i just find it ridiculous to put out tons of hard earned money into something you love to watch it disappear because people will do whatever it takes to get that honda. his **** actually was locked up and had no gas in it so now tell me what yalls excuses are. we have a legit RHD that also has never been stolen but seeing allllll these posts about hondas being stolen makes you think twice about driving your **** especially in ghetto *** kent/renton area!

Re: stolen EF
Cars have been getting stolen since they were invented. Hell even before that people would steal horses. People steal all the time, and will keep stealing. Sucks for your friend, been there, but I am still alive in a new whip. That is all that matters.

I'd never get out of the "Honda Game" just because of thieves, thievery, or lazy *** people who can't afford parts.
LOL @ Before that, people would steal horses...Haha greatest line in HT.

Re: stolen EF
LOL you talking about putting all this money into honda and getting jacked..
contradicted yourself in the story.. BONE STOCK and getting jacked.. Everyone gets their **** jacked, every brand, you name it, im sure someone has stolen a car from that brand before.
When we say lock your ****, it doesnt mean lock the door and have an alarm, doing that alone is asking PLEASE come steal me, without any other protective ****.

Re: stolen EF
ever since i've had my coupe its been parked in a garge and never parked over night outside. yeah i'm in the military and living on post is a lil more secure that outside but i used to live in lakewood in some apartments b4 i moved on post and i made sure i had a garge to park my coupe, then i moved on post and my house had to have a garge.
live in georgia and i live off post and my house has a garge and guess were my cuope is? with the alarm on, Sterring wheel locked and detached, plus my wife is deadly wit the XDM 40cal.
Basiclly i dont get how u (generally speaking) pour so much money into your car and not try and protect it to the fullest.

Re: stolen EF
Same goes for me!! Haha, it is like impossible NOT TO move somewhere without first looking for garage. Like the house can be plenty nice, but if it doesn't have a garage...then hell no...
And like most of you, I too go to school take care of my daughter, still find time to make my house a home. And pay all my own bills, and my husband and I still find the time to put our passion forward with Hondas...though if you ask me it should not be referred to a "game" or "scene" this gives the impression that its only going to last for so long..and in truth its not.
Honda Enthusiast from all around the world will keep the passion going, and whether you like it or not, any car any make and model has/will be stolen. It doesn't matter if its stock or not. People steal cars for different reasons, though most are more targeted for certain reasons, but more than likely you father in laws? Civic was stolen by some random *** kids, for some random *** reason.
