nj inspection

I got a 94 civic with a blown motor I'm getting a non vtec zc motor obd1 I wanted to know would. It pass inspection in nj ???

I have a 1.5b7 I was replace it with a b series turbo, will that pass NJ inspection?

also, will my 1.5 pass with a misfire and burning oil?
