I could agree with the Lewiston-Auburn area. I bet mid-late August would be a good idea since it is right before school starts up again. Most of us here are school aged anyways.

 

lewiston probley be best because its close to th highway like at the parking lot next to staples.

 

last time I saw a large gathering of cars show up at Staples quite a few people got arrested for "Planning of the criminal activity street racing". I don't any of the charges stuck but it put an end to the night very fast. Cops also impounded like 12 cars...

Pepboys used to have a Cruise Night...Dunno if they still do or not.
