Caution
Exercise extreme caution at all times when dealing with payments and other transactions on the Internet!
The risks are well documented and Honda-Tech cannot emphasise enough that there are dangers involved. You must exercise appropriate caution and do your research in order to ensure that you trust the person or company with whom you are dealing.
We do not research companies that buy views here or companies that tell Google and other advertising insertion companies that they want to advertise here. The companies that advertise here are sponsoring Honda-Tech; Honda-Tech is not sponsoring them and we do not necessarily know them or approve of them.
In a case where it seems that a company or individual has participated in a scam, or has failed to deliver on goods for whatever reason,we will cooperate with law enforcement to the full extent possible, and we will take steps to warn the membership by banning the offending screen name, together with other measures. We will not necessarily learn about it in time to help you!
I cannot emphasise enough that we do not know who somebody is just because he is advertising here!

"GROUP BUYS"
Advertiser Group Buys: A paying vending retailer or manufacturer may host a group buy. The group buy's details will be posted in Sponsor Marketplace. The sponsor may not post about the group buy in other forums without the express consent of senior staff first had and obtained.
Non-Advertiser Group Buys: No non-advertiser retailer may host a group buy. Individuals recognisably closely associated with a retailer and individuals who profit from the group buy will not be allowed to host a group buy. No non-sponsor group buy will be allowed without the investigation and approval of a senior moderator, whose name will be on the group buy. This moderator will be essentially guaranteeing the efficacy and legitimacy of a group buy, and guaranteeing that it does not conflict with the interests of the board and the interests of the sponsors, and that there are verifiable details and contact information for the group buy. The moderator whose name is on the group buy will take responsibility for the proper execution of the group buy.
In the rare event that a senior moderator feels that he/she has a non-sponsor group buy that complies with the requirements, that moderator will post the proposal in Mods Corner before posting the group buy in order for discovery of any previously undiscovered conflicts or objections.
It will be rare that a non-sponsor group buy is allowed.
Retailers/manufacturers and individuals associated with retailers and manufacturers should be guided toward producing a banner ad for sponsorship for the duration of their group buy.
