im from chicago..used to drive an EK 4 door..sold it after winter..i also own an IS300..all stock though

i got a question though, any of you guys know of a dude..he lives a block away from me. has like 4 different honda's..there is a new one on his driveway everyweek.. he lives in bolingbrook..anyone ever heard of him? has a white EF, a red EK, a black SI..the list goes on.

Just saw Angels and Demons at streets tonight. Overall a good movie and NO I didn't read the book, which was better I guess.

My experience with one6, I dropped my S2000 off at one6 thinking I would get it back with in the week and a little over 800 dollars, that was my first mistake. I got a call from mark latter that day telling me the bill would be around 1000 dollars. I said "ok, get to work" Mark told me that it would be a week for the install and tune (on a piggy back). A few days pass and the bill is up to 1600 dollars, Mark told me the bill wouldn't be much more then that if any thing.

A week goes buy and I call Mark and he tells me about 3 more days, I'm thinking no big deal. I have friends stopping in at one6 peeking in back looking for my car but none of them saw it in the shop. I stopped by the next day; the S2000 was not in the shop, Mark tells one of the mechanics to bring it in the shop and finish it up. I stay till they bring it in the shop and leave. I call mark two days after stopping in and he tells me the bill is now up to 2000 dollars including down pipe, dump tube and two oil lines.

The next Monday (week three) I call mark and ask how my car is coming along and he tells me they are almost done but the bill is now up 400 dollars bringing it up to 2400 dollars! I asked for what parts and he didnt have an answer for me and just fed me some bull ****. I had friends stop in the shop to see if my car was in the garage but it was out back still. I have a friend call one6 and ask about installing a turbo kit on a Ap1 S2000 marks answer was it wouldn't ever go over 1000 dollars and only take a week. Did Mark forget to mention the S2000 he had in his shop for 3 weeks with the bill over 2000 dollars for bolting **** on?

I get a call Thursday from Mark telling me how my car is almost done! They just have to drive it around and tune it and the bill is going to be a little over 2000 dollars. I call Mark friday and saturday but no luck. I wait till monday and get a call and I ask how the tune went, Mark "we cant tune it" I ask "You told me you finished up and just had to tune it" Mark "oh, no its been done just waiting at the shop" I get to one6 and my bill is 2650 dollars! for install and 500 dollars in parts.

One6 did not put my boost gauge on or my oil PSI gauge. One6 put a bolt on rev hard turbo kit on my car for 2650 dollars after telling me it would be 800. Mark also charged me for a 3 inch down pipe a only put on a 2.5 inch down pipe. The blow off valve has a ghetto weld because mark didn't order the right flange but he charged me for his mistake.

all and all one6 is a **** shop, I have other friends who have had cars ****ed up from that place. they drilled threw my friends intercooler, didnt put all the bolts on my friends Mr2 header and broke the new gasket and then charged him to fix it. Mark told my friend a GSR exhaust would fit on his LS integra and ordered it for him and when the exhaust didnt fit mark charged him 250 dollars to fix it, once again marks fault making mark more money. The dyno will never be in because mark doesnt want responsibly for when he blows up your motor.

So last night I cop gave me a ticket after leaving my best friends funeral, The ticket was for no muffler. The cop put put my name down my first name as my middle initial, last night as my first name and middle name as my first name... Think I can get off the ticket for that fact that, thats not me!?
