Doing that will just make crocks walk around with more weapons. Things would get worse, not only would we have to watch out for thieves trying to take your car it could be thieves driving to take your life.

get some winter tires then? hell if all of us in the chicago land area went to the same tire shop to get some tires i bet they would hook us up on a killer deal for some snow tires.
