What hotel have you stayed at? We stayed at one 15-20 minutes from the track. It was a pretty nice hotel.

 

Last year I stayed at the La Quinta, not the one everyone stays at though. The one right off the intersate in Smyrna. There were maybe 4 cars there that were going to IA. Definitely didn't have to worry about my car getting messed with.

 

Looks great! I'd love to get some, its a bit too cold to cruise her out now so probably spring or summer if you ever have time.

As far as IA goes, Boosted920, some friends and I stayed at the Holiday inn express in murfreesboro right off of 24 and 96. Short drive to the track, both that hotel and the one next door are packed with people from the show. Met some very cool people and hung out in the lot boozing it up all weekend. It didnt get crazy there like that hotel in la quinta, cops rolled through a few times to deter any idiotic behavior, they were nice as well.

 

Sounds like a plan! haha I got to the hotel and passed out until it was time to leave. I dont plan on drinking when I go out. Thats why the hotel worked out great.

 

nice! well have to set something up when the weather stops sucking then.

i must admit saturday is a bit rough in the morning after an 8 hour drive and a night of drinking lol....but i kept it in check :p

Werd, in for a spring meet.

 

I haven't heard of anything. Set one up, I'm sure we can get people to go.

 

I think we should have another one in central IL again like the Starved Rock meet. I'm not really interested in driving 3+ hours to Chicago, and then we can get people to come from different parts of IL.

 

Starved rock meet this year sucked. The only thing that was cool was the crew I rolled there with lol. If it happens again this year hopefully it's good.

 

Yeah that was the first official meet I've ever been to, and I was also pretty disappointed. Except I met the guy that had my car before the guy I bought it from :D recognized it from a rust spot on the door haha.

Well it was better than nothing lol there were still some pretty sick cars there. Hopefully next year is better, all us Honda owners in my area have a sort of crew, so there should be 20+ people coming up with me next year

ATL, Georiga next month or freaking north carolina in july. I am debating.....12 hours of driving to north carolina and time off from work isnt worth it to me. And the meet in GA prolly wont be all that great.
