yellow fog lights

yellow fog lights
ok so im trying to get yellow fog lights. whats better. having yellow lenses or 3000k hids??? just wondering because i can get yellow lenses for like $7 and the hids for $60... i know both is needed for the maximum yellow. but how much yellower would my stock bulb look with just the yellow lenses?

it depends on your reflecter on your fogs, are they oem quality or aftermarket depo crap. depo will give you crap output, I have em, while oem can give you a better and wide coverage.
edit: my plan now is to get 5k hid's and cover my lens with a yellow type film of tint, lamin-X I think they call it.

You could always just swap our your foglights all together.. My brother used I believe some Lexus oem foglights on one of his older builds.. They worked out really well..
