I got my bi-xenon (telescopic) kit installed and when I hit the brights I hear a loud *** sort of clicking sound. It scares me What is it?

 

clicking noise?

relay...

or the motor/solenoid that is moving the bulb...

There is a shield.. that blocks the light from reflecting off of the bottom of the bowl... the motor moves the bulb so that the shield doesn't block the light

 

Thanks bpr0422, but yeah that's crazy how the bulbs move. lol maybe it's just me.

 

i really dobut the bulb itself moves. its more like the shield will flip out of the way instead.

but waht do i konw, i never owned one of those kits before.

I don't think you want to have one of those china made kits....who knows what could go wrong....oh it already have

Thats if you have a bi-xenon PROJECTOR... not a pnp kit...
