Default Wiring Ebay Headlights

ok so i've had these ebay headlights that have a BMW retrofit in them so the reflector is legit but that doesnt matter ive had them for a while and i never could get the high beam to work the highbeam connectors there are two of them have 2 grounds 1 red wire and 1 blue wire... the problem is that i cannot hook it up in any way and get it to work what would be the best way??

I have this problem too. It worked while I was installing them but I'm pretty sure one other wire needs to be spliced somewhere. It's been so long since I've taken a look at it, so I don't remember what goes where... But we're missing something here.
