Default smoking eg headlights

Does anyone know of a DIY on baking and then smoking EG headlights? Or maybe some one can explain the proper procedure here please.

And why would you want to do that???

just reduce the already crappy output even more?!

i've seen people use a spray tint or use a stick on tint.. to smoke headlights..

but imo.. its silly.

That's blackhousing, not smoking.

Just paint the non-reflector areas black. SMoking would coat the lens in a darker color.

That's a good plan, trying to reseal them without adding silicone makes it riskier for leaks

looks like the bottom part was painted to reduce upward glare (with pnp hid kit)? can anyone confirm this?
