When I run my headlights(HID's) my driver side light looks as if it is kind of fading a little bit. Could this be the ballast going bad?

 

could be something like that possibly or it could just be a bad bulb. did you get that particular bulb dirty when installing it or anything?

 

^Nah, they were working fine a while ago. Just when I follow like a pickup truck or something now it looks as if my driver side light is lighter than the passenger side. So I'm either thinking it's the bulb or the ballast going bad. Idk though.

 

hmmm ughh alright then,

what about checking to see if there aligned correctly, like on the same level?

 

switch the bulbs side to side. that will answer your question. If it stays the same you have a ballast/wiring issue. If the dim light changes sides then you need new bulbs probably.

did your kit come with a relay?? that could be causing your bulbs to go bad.
