please suggest me
Hi everyone! I have a question for you all. I have a 180 gallon tank that is just finishing its cycle and I wanted to ask about lighting. I want to keep every kind of coral I can find and I want to make sure that my lighting is up to PAR (pun intended). If everyone can give me their imput that would be awesome
And also, is it possible to run LEDs and still achieve the correct amount of light to have hard and soft corals?
No haters plz

I'd recommend an HID projector (using 4300k bulb) every 10 inches to provide just the right amount of lighting for the soft corals. As for the hard corals, you'll want to run a PnP kit with 10000k bulbs in a pair of halogen housings to ensure they obtain enough glare to photosynthesize.
Lots of people run LED's in this application. Most seem to use white and blue. You'll probably have better luck finding info on a site dedicated to aquariums and grow lights.
