hey guys i used to have a "conquer" hid kit, sold it after 3 weeks cause it wasn't stable, kept flickering at startups and i had enough, i also had no relay harness setup, i drive an gen 3 integra.

I come across a hid kit now w/ Phillips IC in the ballast.

What exactly does this chip do? I was told it is to help it become stable, in light output, colour and startups, no warmup period.

Anyone have any advice? i'mt hinking of picking it up.
