Default Passenger side Bulb Housing Missing?

After I bought a 1994 Accord today I was told that at Walmart (I was getting a new battery) that they couldnt put in a bulb into the lens. They said there was nothing there to plug the bulb in. I took a look and sure enough...... nothing there. I know nothing about Accords. But there was a bunch of wiring (stay wires) around that area. No idea what I was looking at. But there is a big air intake thing (aftermarket) behind the headlamp lens.

If I go to a bone yard and I get the plugs from a junked car, I STILL have no idea what wires to hook them up too. Does anyone live in the CHicago area that could help me? Or direct me to a inexpensive place?

As a side note, this messed up wiring must also have to do with why the front passenger turn signal doesnt work.
