Ok so i bought a 97 civic hatch that already had HID's on it when i bought it. The other night i got home and realized that my passenger side bulb wasnt working. I tried turning it off and turning it back on and the left side powered up fine but the right side would start to light up for a second then go black. Do i need to replace just the bulb or do i have to replace the balast as well ? Any help would be appreciated, TIA.

 

Does anyone know the best place to get a new pair of bulbs ?
