Neons or the equivalent
Okay, i've been searching the threads and haven't been able to find anything on this, or else I'm in the wrong category...hmm.
but anyway, I've been looking to fit my car with some white neons or their equivalent and fog lights. I have>>> 06 Honda CR-V white w/black trim.
Basically what I'm looking for is something that can be wired into the headlights and will not use too much power. If white neon is too expensive or doesn't exist then i will use LED bars as long as they can be mounted underneath the car and behind the grill I'll be okay. If you can send me links to reliable products I will appreciate it.
As for the fog lights, I would like something that will be an exact fit if possible. I have looked all over and haven't been able to find much of anything that looks promising. A honda product would be cool.

Due keep in mind that white under car lighting is illegal in the US. The law specifies that aside from the plate lamp, no white light can be visible from the rear of the car.
For a similar reason, red is also illegal. No red light can be visible from the front.
Of course, if the cops in your area are fine with ignoring the law and not writing tickets for it, go for it. They do make white neon. LEDs would work as well, as would cold cathodes.

These lights will be used mainly to light the underneath side of the car, and allow some light to shine through the grill. My sketches look really cool. As for color and all, I was wanting white because it matched the color of my car and wouldn't look too bad. However, if white is illegal, then why buy or sell it, and what colors CAN I use instead.
And fogs?

Aftermarket companies can sell whatever they want. It doesn't mean that their products are legal for road use.
There are OEM replica foglights all over eBay. There's also a kit you can buy from the dealership for around $240.
It may be wise to run the power wiring through a switch to your battery (of course fused) instead of running it to your headlight circuitry. That way, you can turn it on/off at your whim and not have to worry about how much current it will draw (within reason).

I've read through the California law concerning lighting, and the federal laws, but can't speak on the laws of other states.
In California (and federally) underglow lights is actually legal, based on my reading of the law. However, many cops will issue tickets for it anyway. Keep in mind that I am no lawyer.
There is one portion of the law that states that you cannot add non-mandatory or non-authorized lamps to the car. There is another that defines a lamp as a visible source of light. Due to this, underglow where the light source is not actually visible (if its tucked up under the car) is technically not a "lamp" added to the law, and not subject to the stipulation concerning adding lamps.
There is another section about no white visible in the rear, and no red visible up front. That's why white and red are problematic. Any other color of underglow would be legal, assuming the tubes are not visible.
However, many cops do feel that blue is a "cop color", even though such is never mentioned in law. Others write tickets for all underglow just because there is a clause about not adding additional lamps.
As with all gray area things, YMMV and do such mods at your own risk.
Well, according to my reading of the Arkansas Code, neons are not illegal unless they are mounted directly on the rear or sides of the car. Nowhere does it say anything about the underneath surface of the car and as long as they do not cause a glare, they are not prohibited. Front lighting is not mentioned at all in the Arkansas Code.
Basically, it's very similar to the California code, if not exact. Underglow lights apparently are legal here.
Now, ebay sells OEM replicas of fogs? Cool. What about leds and cold cathodes?

Auto parts stores usually have underglow kits in the ricer section, usually next to the "chrome" hubcaps and LED wiper nozzle caps.
If you are actually going to do this, at the very least please do not drive around with the lights on.
