it would be easier to run them as drls, or have them turn on with your parking lights.
make a wiring harness.
Run a fused wire from the battery, to terminal 30(common) on the relay
From terminal 57, run that to the positive lead on the foglights.
ground the lights to the chassis (easy ground is the one on your rad support, where there is a ground wire from the valve cover)
Then run a wire from the fuse box (either into the light switch accessory, or the accessory spot) into the engine bay.. and connect that to terminal 85
and then ground terminal 86 to the chassis.
I recommend 14-12 gauge wire for the battery, and the lights, and the light's ground.
while 20-18 gauge for terminals 85/86 is good enough.
