i just got a 98 integra, the previous owner painted the high beams side yellow and im just not into that, i wanna make it back to the way it was but im afraid using a thinner might just mess up the original coating and all. im not too smart with sandpaper and buffing and stuff but if anyone knows ill try it out!! thanks!!

 

Lacquer thinner and a towel.

 

1500 grit sand paper. wet sand it off. than 2000 grit wet sand, than use polishing compound. use masking tape on all painted surfaces
