How do i clean JDM headlights?

How do i clean JDM headlights?
My JDM One-piece for my DA is pretty dirty in and out of the headlights. First off, how i can i clean the inside of it? I heard about some liquid you put inside and you start shaking it or something? AND also my bulbs are getting dim and very hard to see at night, what kind of bulbs are for the One-piece and where can i get another set IF possible to change them?

DA 1-piece lights require H4H bulbs, which is mainly used only on cars in Japan and is not commercially available in the USA.
Some distributors of JDM parts import these bulbs, but they are pretty expensive.

im a couple years late but id also like to kno how to clean the inside of the jdm 1-piece headlights cuz my headlights are ok but on the inside they have that foggy film building up and on the center yellow parts 1 is more yellower than the other iono any advice would help thanks
