Default HID's in OEM Integra lights

Hey quick question, If i buy a nice set of HIDs and just put them in my factory 01 integra housings are they gonna look like ****? Are the factory lenses considered projectors?

Yes they are halogen projectors, and it won't be as bad as putting HID in halogen reflector housings (i.e. it won't glare all over the place, IF the bulb is high quality and aligned to the 9006's filament location). However, you will have bad hotspots (tons of light right in front of the car, and not much farther out). The beam also won't be nearly as wide as it would with HID projectors.

This is my car with the old school Visual Dynamics HID kit, ca. 2002:

For comparison, look how much more light is on the fence from this 2002 S2000 directly next to my car (my headlights are now off):

And here it is with Hella bi-xenon projectors, which are on the lower end of the scale of HID projectors. You can see how much wider and longer the beam pattern is.
