Default hid strobe lights

i have a jdm type r front end had it for years now. just recently came across some jdm hid lights wired them in accordingly all turns on like needs to. day light running then low and high all works. have not figured out the turnning signals yet. now my low beams went to a strobe light. only thing i can think of was not having the car on. they came back on after i shut them off. so they almost shot or the car needs to be running any thoughts.

so you have HIDs correct and the lights will flicker when turning on? Sounds like your ballast is about to go out on you or you need to check your wiring again

youre not getting 12 volts to the ballasts. you need to make a wire harness off the battery. the stock cables cant handle the startup draw
