HID highbeams not working

HID highbeams not working

I have checked all the connections and they are all good but for some reason when I click on the high beams nothing changes. I have a 6000K H4 9003 HB2 Bi-Xenon HID Xenon Conversion Kit.

cheap@$$ crap solenoid probably burned out.
