Default HELPPPP!! HID / Fog Help

I ordered a bi-xenon kit off ebay.

It was trusted, and the company has never had problems.

I have this kit and diagram hooked up below on my 2000 Civic Ex Coupe:

Version 2 @ site below

http://www.hid-light.com/install/install.html

and i ordered Password JDM's foglight kit.

No power to either item.

Fog lights won't turn on, but i have power @ my switch.

HID's WON't turn on at all. Its grounded. Both the fuses under dash and at fuse box are fine..

Anyone have an idea?

Please help

yeah first problem is the hid kit. Glare problems will be BAD with your car.
2nd problem is how the bixenon was wired to your car.
Your car uses a positive switched harness which means if you got the high and low section crossed, your lights will not turn on.
Ebay fogs, I mean passwordJDM fogs but more expensive, they need to be grounded correctly. If your switch is getting power then the relay on the fog wiring might be bad or you may have a loose connection. Remember, any loose connection will cause both fogs to not turn on.
