Hi. I have a honda civic 2000 coupe and my brakes goes on except for the passenger tail light (right) doesnt come on. When i turn on the light, it works, cept for the when i step on brake.

Another question i have is that my 99-00 civic tail light chrome fade off so it looks like smoke. Is there any way that i can repaint it or do anything to make it flashy again? let me know please thanks!!
