98 civic lx... non vtech if that matters. Been having an issue with one of my headlights not working. Not really car savvy at all but tried the simple stuff: new bulbs...replaced headlight socket... fuse is fine...no luck. Funny thing is, it's only like that on standard... brights work just fine. Before I start looking into wiring issues, what else could I be overlooking?
