Aren't they the same lights? Looks like the same fogs, the only difference being that they are lit up in one picture.
Anyway...a fog setup with clear or yellow/amber glass loks best in my opinion.

94-97 Integra and 92-95 Civic use the same fog lamp assembly, just different bezels. Those appear to be some sort of aftermarket (possibly an OEM replica) version with ion blue lenses, which light up amber (the blue portion of the light spectrum is filtered out).
those are Pilot PL-123B fog lights, i used to own a set, the lens are what change the color, they are ion blue lens.. in those fogs the bulb is what gives the yellow light output.. I had a set for a while, was trying to choose between those and the real oem si vtec fogs, i chose the real ones... but GL finding those they are discounted..
but you can buy other replica fogs on ebay for $120 bucks and either get clear or yellow lens, fitment is pretty good but light output i herd is just eh compared to the oem ones.

My Pilot PL-720B projector fogs are like so when off:

And like so when on:

They are not OEM, and I do not care. I like them, although they don't do much for me with the HID retrofit in the headlights. They probably make the car more visible to others when it's actually foggy/raining outside, so that's why I keep them on there.
